
As the third generation Attorney, Laura Petrie concentrates her legal practice in the area of Estates + Trusts. She focuses her personal estate planning practice on the drafting of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and marital agreements – all tailored to her clients' specific needs. Laura works closely with her clients regarding estate, gift, generation-skipping and income tax planning, as well as business succession and special needs planning to ensure the orderly, efficient transfer of assets both before and after death. She is experienced and efficient in probate and trust administration matters, advising both fiduciaries and beneficiaries. Laura also represents clients in all phases of guardianship and protective placement proceedings.
